When You Need Car Towing

Not every car problem can be fixed on the roadside. If your car won’t start even after a jump, has a flat tire with no usable spare, was in an accident and isn’t safe to drive, or is having mechanical trouble that means it needs to go straight to a shop, that’s when a tow is the right call. We also tow cars that don’t need an emergency at all — maybe you just bought a car that isn’t running yet, sold one that needs to move to its new owner, or need a non-running vehicle hauled off your property.

Wheel Lift or Flatbed — We Bring the Right One

Most everyday cars — sedans, hatchbacks, coupes, and crossovers — can be towed quickly and safely with a wheel lift truck, which lifts one end of the car while the other stays on its wheels. But some cars need extra care. All-wheel-drive vehicles can be damaged if towed on their wheels, since spinning the drivetrain without the engine running isn’t good for the transfer case. Low-clearance, luxury, and sports cars risk scraping on ramps or uneven ground. Cars that have been in an accident often can’t roll safely at all. For any of these, we use a flatbed tow truck instead, so your car rides fully off the ground the whole way.

When you call, we’ll ask a few quick questions — your location, what kind of car it is, and what’s going on with it — so we can send the right truck the first time instead of guessing. Once we arrive, our driver takes a look at the car and the situation before hooking anything up, then tows it wherever it needs to go: home, a repair shop, a dealership, or wherever’s next for you.
